Terms & Conditions – Round Beds

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the sale of products on Round Beds. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not place an order.

These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer orders only. Trade customers are subject to separate trade Terms & Conditions, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.

General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed online with Round Beds. By placing an order, you accept and agree to these conditions.

  • Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service Team.

  • These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders and Contracts

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. All details you provide must be accurate. Once we accept your order, a contract is formed.

  • If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Product images are for guidance only; slight variations in colour, pattern, or design may occur.

  • If you experience difficulties placing an order, contact our sales team for assistance.

Errors

  • If a product is listed with an incorrect price, Round Beds reserves the right to cancel the order before a contract is made.

  • Any errors in product information will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Price and Payment

  • Prices displayed on Round Beds are the prices you pay.

  • We do not offer VAT returns or refunds.

  • The total order amount, including delivery charges (if applicable), will be debited from the payment method you provide. If we cannot accept your order, the full amount will be refunded.

  • Payments are accepted only from UK-registered bank accounts.

  • We accept most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB) and PayPal.

  • Billing information must match the cardholder details; incorrect information may delay or cancel your order. Orders are processed once payment is authorised and the order accepted.

Goods Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • If an item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued or the money can be used toward an alternative product.

Deliveries

  • Delivery is generally available Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may be possible, depending on courier availability. Bank Holidays are excluded.

  • Standard deliveries are to the first accessible front door on the ground floor of your property. The courier is not obliged to take items upstairs or into the property. Any assistance provided by the driver is at your own risk.

  • Delivery times may vary, and Round Beds is not responsible for courier delays.

  • Large items may require assistance from your side to offload.

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. If goods are damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery or note “damaged/wrong item sent” on the delivery sheet and contact us within 24 hours.

  • If boxes or parts are missing, record this with the courier and notify us within 24 hours (missing parts can be replaced free of charge).

  • Ensure all delivery routes are accessible for a standard delivery vehicle (approx. 7.5 tonnes).

Failed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable during the delivery slot, please contact us to arrange a new delivery.

  • If delivery is left at a “safe location” or with a neighbour, it is at your own risk, and Round Beds cannot be held responsible for damage or theft.

  • We are not liable for losses due to late or failed deliveries.

Risk and Responsibility

  • Customers should ensure a responsible adult receives deliveries, checks items, and signs for them.

  • If goods are left without a signature, they are left at your own risk, including weather or theft damage.

  • Once delivered, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the items.

Faulty Items

  • Any faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will handle complaints according to the Manufacturer’s Guarantee and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Replacement parts or items will be provided if covered by the guarantee. Refunds may be offered at our discretion.

  • Customers are responsible for disposing of faulty parts unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Inspect all products on delivery, including packaging and parts. Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours.

  • Made-to-order beds can only be returned for faults or manufacturing errors. Mattresses are non-returnable once slept on, as per Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Ensure products fit all stairs, passages, doors, and spaces where they will be placed. Round Beds is not responsible for return requests if items do not fit.

  • To return items, contact customer service to arrange collection or use your own courier. Returns must be undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once goods are received. Price differences in exchanges must be settled before delivery.

  • Collections arranged by Round Beds are available Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm, and may incur a charge depending on location and item size.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • If production has started after 24 hours, a 40% fee will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions apply.
