Shipping & Delivery Policy – Round Beds

Free Shipping on All Orders

At Round Beds, every order matters to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire shopping experience. Offering free shipping is our way of saying thank you for choosing us.

We provide a premium two-person delivery service with every order at no extra cost (UK mainland only†).

All deliveries are handled by our trusted partner courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The courier will then contact you to arrange your delivery and confirm your time slot.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are generally carried out Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Your delivery date and time will always be confirmed with you in advance.

Delivery Timelines

From the Time of Placing Your Order:

  • Our standard free delivery timeframe is 5–10 working days.

  • Delivery estimates provided on the website are for guidance and cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to meet them wherever possible.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and your location.

Headboards, Divan Bases & Mattresses:
Orders are dispatched after completion with an estimated delivery lead time of 5–10 working days, including order processing, manufacturing, and free delivery.

Beds & Bedsteads:
Our handmade beds are carefully crafted and typically take 5–10 working days for standard delivery.

Considering Access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order will fit into your home.

Before delivery, please measure the placement area and consider the route our delivery team will take. This includes checking for tight corners, narrow staircases, and doorways.

Receiving Your Order

Your order will be scheduled for delivery once it is confirmed. You may be provided with an initial delivery date and a 4-hour time slot at the time of order confirmation.

A member of our team will then contact you to finalise a delivery day and a 4-hour slot that works with our delivery schedule, van capacity, local availability, and your convenience.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for and acknowledge receipt of your furniture.

Delivery Checks

Quality is our top priority. Every piece of furniture is rigorously inspected before dispatch and re-checked against your order specifications.

While damage or inaccuracies are rare, we ask that you carefully inspect your items after delivery, unwrapping, or assembly. You will be asked to confirm and sign that your products have been received in excellent condition and match your order specifications.

If you are not completely satisfied, please inform our delivery team immediately or contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
