At Round Beds, every order matters. We aim to ensure our customers feel fully supported throughout their shopping experience, including returns and refunds.
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, with a full refund and no questions asked.
All furniture from Round Beds is made-to-order and customised to your specifications, making each piece unique.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and resolve your issue promptly.
Any damage or manufacturing faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.
We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assess the issue and provide the best solution, whether a replacement or refund.
Products must be disassembled for collection.
Items should be returned in the same condition as delivered and in their original packaging.
Returns are scheduled Monday to Sunday, according to our rolling delivery schedule.
Orders not yet delivered: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of notification.
Delivered and returned orders: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for security purposes.
If you are unavailable during the agreed 4-hour delivery slot, redeliveries will be arranged based on our delivery schedule, van capacity, and availability in your area.
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing faults, we will send a replacement item or part at the earliest available delivery slot, free of charge.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Email us with your order reference within this period for a full refund, which will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
If the 24-hour window has passed and production has started, a 40% fee will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions apply.
